1.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on 99ah, form the entire agreement between the Player and 99ah in relation to the Player's use of the platform.

2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 99ah is lawful in their jurisdiction. 99ah does not warrant that the platform is legal in any particular location. Players who access 99ah from a restricted jurisdiction do so at their own risk.
3.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. 99ah strongly recommends that players enable two-factor authentication on their accounts.
3.2 Players must notify 99ah immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that their account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. Until such notification is received, 99ah is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access.
3.3 Players must not share their account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access or use their account. Sharing account access, even with a family member or friend, is a breach of these Terms.
3.4 99ah will never ask a player to disclose their full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Players who receive such requests should treat them as fraudulent and report them to support immediately.

4.6 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. 99ah follows anti-money-laundering best practices and may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the deposited amount. Any excess winnings may be withdrawn via an alternative method subject to verification.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 99ah reserves the right to void bonus credits and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close an account, where it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors or loopholes.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically.
5.5 Promotional Changes. 99ah reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change taking effect.
6.1 Game Availability. The games and betting markets available on 99ah may vary from time to time. 99ah reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any game or betting market without prior notice.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 99ah are subject to acceptance by the platform. 99ah reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced where the platform's systems have not correctly identified the in-play status.
6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or human error that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed, 99ah reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. No claim shall lie against 99ah for bets placed in reliance on erroneous information.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 99ah and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
7.2 Where 99ah determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, 99ah may take any or all of the following actions: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void all pending and historical bets placed in connection with the prohibited conduct; withhold and forfeit any balance or winnings; and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
8.1 All content on the 99ah platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, sounds, and user interface designs, is the exclusive property of 99ah or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from 99ah.
8.3 Any unauthorised use, scraping, data mining, or reproduction of 99ah's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9.3 99ah's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
10.1 99ah collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. Players are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully.
10.2 By registering an account with 99ah, players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable laws.
10.3 99ah will not sell player personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements and confidentiality obligations.

12.1 Player-Initiated Closure. A player may request closure of their 99ah account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, the player must withdraw any remaining eligible balance. Pending bonus wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds upon closure.
12.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension. 99ah reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: the player has breached these Terms; the platform suspects fraudulent or illegal activity; the player fails to complete required identity verification; or the platform is required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.
12.3 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months. 99ah may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its Dormant Accounts Policy. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
13.1 99ah reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 99ah will provide players with reasonable advance notice via email or on-site notification prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 If a player does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration.
14.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of a complaint or dispute, players should first contact 99ah customer support and allow a reasonable period for investigation and response. 99ah commits to acknowledging all complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 days.
14.3 The outcome of all sporting events and certified game results are final and binding. 99ah does not accept disputes in relation to subjective assessments of game or match outcomes where the result has been determined by an independent officiating body.
